The Policy & Advocacy Working Group advocates for a more equitable and sustainable food system in Pima County through education, reform and community.

Policy change is built on relationships and community. The Policy & Advocacy Working Group aims to build relationships with decision makers at the state and local level, as well as complete community education on policy and reforms. Under PCFA, we aim to address the need for food related advocacy efforts and uplift opportunities for community members to make their voices heard.

PCFA’s Policy and Advocacy working group is actively seeking members! This group will advocate for more equitable and sustainable food system policies, build relationships with decision-makers at the state and local levels, and provide education on policy actions and reform.

RSVP HERE for our next meeting on Thursday, December 12th from 5:30-6:30 pm in the Learning Space at the Martha Cooper Library!
